What advantages do I have as a landlord?

Should I leave my accommodation exclusively?
No, we do not ask for exclusivity. You can also work for free with other agencies, portals and booking centers. We only ask that we have to be informed at all times of reservations made by other agencies or by you directly, and that the published prices are always the same or less than any other place where the house is announced.
Should I sign a contract?
Yes, you must sign a contract, which specifies what kind of collaboration we have and how much you receive for each booking. If the terms are clear and formalized we'll all be calm and safe.
RuralCatalunya SCP offers 2 options contract so you can choose which one best fits your needs:
- Contract with Active On-Line Reservation: RuralCatalunya makes managing broker by advertising bookings and accommodation, and the house is responsible to have at all times always updated availability calendar, because with the On-line booking system gives you more reserves (the customer sees the house online, and it is time and day it is, they can book immediately by credit card), but requires an update every time you make a reservation or to lock the house for any reason (work, vacation, etc. ...). Households with On-Line reserves are recommended as homes, have better visibility on the Web and receive preferential bookings.
- Agreement without reservation On-Line: Same as above but without active reservation On-Line. RuralCatalunya broker makes managing reservations and accommodation by advertising through both our website and in the websites of our partners. The calendars also have to keep updated in order to be agile to offer the home and to avoid creating frustration to the customers once they decide for a concrete accommodation. The houses under this type of contract will not appear when customers search for homes with on-line booking available, and always must be booked by prior confirmation and reservation request form.
With this houses, we will always make a call to confirm availability before proceeding with the deposit and confirmation. If a request is received on a Friday night until Monday morning cannot be confirmed, with the risk involved, and you can lose the reservation if the client wishes to book at that time.
We strongly recommend booking commitment on-line, and the recent changes in the sector thanks to new technologies, make more and more customers (in the same way to book a flight) once they opt for one particular property, they prefer to close the book early, at that very moment, and no waiting.

Do I have to pay anything to register at RuralCatalunya?
No, you don’t have to pay anything. We make advertising of your property and put it on our website and our partners for free.
Working with SCP RuralCatalunya has nothing to lose, can only give you benefits as we only charge you for booking made and confirmed.
What are the requirements of the accommodation?
Accommodations must meet minimum requirements for the quality that customers deserve and RuralCatalunya SCP requires as a condition to rent and manage the accommodation:
- Well equipped and furnished, comfortable and with a certain level of quality.
- Bathrooms with enough cupboards or shelves to place personal items.
- Well equipped kitchen with utensils sufficient for the number of people occupying the accommodation.
- Appliances in perfect condition and use.
- Bedrooms comfortable, with quality mattresses for optimum relaxation. Logically, all bedrooms should have built-in installation and tables and table lamps.
Outdoor spaces well-conditioned, furnished in good condition and always in an attractive natural and rural environment.
- Outdoor furniture and indoor furniture sufficient for the number of seats in the house (ex: if they fit 10 people, must have 10 seats sofa, 10 places on the table, 10 beds for the pool, etc. .. .).
How do I register my accommodation in RuralCatalunya?
You just need to send us an email to email@example.com enclosing photographs of the accommodation together with the description, prices, equipment and general and contact information.
